John C. Stattler
Mr. Stattler is a founding partner of the Law Offices of John Stattler, PC, and its predecessor firm, Stattler Suh PC, where his practice involves all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, patent analysis and opinion, licensing, and litigation. Prior to establishing Stattler Suh PC, he was a partner at Fliesler, Dubb, Meyer & Lovejoy LLP in San Francisco and an assciate at Blakely, Sokoloff, Taylor & Zafman LLP in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Stattler earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from Ohio University, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University. Mr. Stattler is a member of the California State Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, as well as admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals, for the Federal Circuit.
After receiving his electrical engineering degree, Mr. Stattler worked as an electrical engineer for four years primarily as a software and hardware engineer in Silicon Valley.
